Hazrat Allamah Yusuf Binnori رحمه الله says: Telegram channel: Gems For The Talibul Ilm. Hazrat Allamah Yusuf Binnori رحمه الله says: In the course of writing Ma’rif-ul-Sunan, I had the opportunity to read and study about two hundred thousand pages of various books. He once said that during the establishment of Dhabel, it happened that I read five hundred, five hundred, one thousand, two thousand pages to research one thing. At one point, Hazrat Sheikh says, “When I used to study Hidayah, I used to study these three books, Fath al-Qadeer, Bahr al-Ra’iq and Bad’i’ al-Sana’i, for about two months, and my study always remained ahead of the teacher’s lessons.” Then in the year of Mishkat Sharif, I used to study Bidayatul Mujtahid and Hujjatullah Al-Baligha and in Dhabel, I was blessed with the service of Hazrat Shah Sahib (Imam-e-Asr Hazrat Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri) and Hazrat Shah Sahib had books of the four schools of thought, so I used to study Kitab Al-Umm Fiqh Shafi'i, Al-Mughni Fiqh Hanbali and Al-Majmoo' Sharh Muhdhab etc. This aroused my interest and I studied most of the popular books of the four schools of thought. Praise be to Allah, then praise be to Allah. I am telling you this to instill a love of reading in you (the addresses are the students of the Dawrah Hadith).
